I only ask one thing .. if you want me to consult on something specific it's time to move to Step 2.
Step 2 - How to make the problems go away
We're going to do something! Yay! Exciting … Lets get it worked out, written down and get everyone on the same page. You then have time to review and ensure if fully meets your requirements before agreeing to go ahead.
Every situation is unique with its own challenges so we avoid formulas and actually listen to your needs.
Step 3 - Delivery and what's next?
Once we've done whatever was needed - there is always more; things can be on-going, tied to our agreements or service management.
One thing is important though - it costs nothing to meet up for a coffee and have an initial chat.
